Shortlists Unveiled For Lancashire Property Awards 2025

Axis-RE and Marco Living were pleased to be nominated for Property Deal of the Year for our acquisition of the 3 acre Brewery Lane site in Lancaster at the forthcoming Insider Property Awards.

The deals, developments and companies in the running for an award at this year’s Lancashire Property Awards have been announced. The awards dinner spotlights the achievements of the regional property community and celebrates the success of developers, housebuilders and their public sector partners right across the county.

There will also be a special Future Ambition Award, which highlights regeneration projects with the potential to transform the region. These are projects which, while not yet completed, have passed a significant milestone in the qualifying period.

The winners of all categories will be revealed at a black tie dinner on Thursday 13th November at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool. The headline sponsor for the event is Harrison Drury Solicitors and the event is also sponsored by BEK Enviro, Blackpool Council, Caddick, Preston City Council, Muse, S&L Planning and Krol Corlett Construction.
