Russ is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in commercial and residential Real Estate. He has delivered large urban developments, overseeing the delivery of over £0.5bn GDV of property, including PBSA, BTR, and leisure sectors. Known for his problem-solving skills and integrity, his straightforward approach to life is at the heart of everything he does.

Nick is a Chartered Surveyor with 25+ years’ experience in funding, development, & investment. With an interest in regeneration & alternative sectors, he’s worked on many projects in the North West. He enjoys breaking new ground, having brought PBSA & BTR into the mainstream in the North West & using innovative funding solutions to facilitate delivery.
